Free Shipping – How it Works

When you place an order with eligible items/products, ground shipping is FREE! This offer is not valid for express shipping. To take advantage of this promotion, simply fill your cart with eligible products and select the standard shipping option to ship your items to a single US address. Valid online or orders placed via phone. Free shipping will automatically be applied to all orders over $149.00; no web coupon code needed. Offer is good for free parcel ground shipping, if shipping to a street address or a P.O. Box address in the contiguous U.S. Not valid on international orders or on previously purchased merchandise. Offer may be canceled or modified at any time.

When it comes to online ordering, we know you want to receive your products as fast as possible. All in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped out same day. After leaving our facility, arrival time depends on your location. Take the guesswork out of ordering by checking out our shipping map. Use it to find out more details on estimated shipment times in your area so you can be sure you have your items when you need them. KOO ships M-F, excluding weekends and Holidays.

Return Policy

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. All claims for return goods must be made within 14 days from purchase. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.  Return goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Electrical parts are not returnable.  All returns must be sent back in original packaging.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for the return process. No returns will be accepted without an RMA #.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your refund to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive the refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

Workhorse Product Returns:

Workhorse products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacture or workmanship defects for personal or homeowner usage with proof of purchase. Workhorse products are warranted for 90 days for commercial users. Any unauthorized modification of a Workhorse brand sprayer will void warranty. Your authorized dealer is the best source of replacement parts and service. To obtain prompt, efficient service, always remember to give the following information: 1. Correct part description and part number. 2. Model number of your sprayer. Part description and part numbers can be obtained from the illustrated parts list section of this manual. Whenever you need parts or repair service, contact your distributor / dealer first. For warranty work always take your original sales slip, or other evidence of purchase date, to your distributor / dealer. All sprayer warranties will be handled by shipping replacement parts. This process is in place to protect manufacture, dealer and consumers from chemical residual on and in sprayer.  

* Important return safety instructions: If you are required to return your sprayer or parts for warranty or repair, you must always do the following: 1. Flush chemical residue from the unit 2. Tag unit with type of chemicals having been sprayed. 3. Include complete description of operation problem, such as how unit was used, symptoms of malfunction, etc. Since unit can contain residues of toxic chemicals these steps are necessary to protect all the people who handle return shipments, and to help pinpoint the reason for the breakdown.

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS’s services, that are listed as guaranteed or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days.
